Cotters Blog Shop Weekend
I love shopping! And getting good buys at bargain deals are absolutely fantastic.
Upon hearing of the CozyCot Cotters Blog Shop Weekend I decided to have a look on what these blog shop owners have to offer. I rushed down to SingPost just in time for it before it ends for the day at 6pm together with Fai, Mahnoor and Sri.
The moment we reached, we were greeted by cheerful CozyCot Crew in pink. As a member, door gifts from sponsors were waiting for me. Also, lucky draws at the entrance were available and the lucky winner will win for themselves F1 tickets (I, however, am not the lucky winner).
Anyways, the moment I accepted my door gifts, me and Sri immediately started hunting down for treasures. We were greeted with rows and rows of items on bargain. There was a mix collection of apparels and accessories. From vintage inspired outfits to the latest in trend. One of the blog shop that I really like is Highlife SG (a friend bought her maxi dress from them once). Also, there was Anthology with really pretty homemade accessories (if only I don’t have sensitive skin, I would have cleared their entire table). Besides the variety of goodies, the blog shop owners were super friendly and non aggressive. They were all willing to let us rummage through their items and patiently wait for our decisions.
My initial ultimate aim for the day was to actually score some cheap belts but I end up buying three tops at about S$80 in total (a good buy since an average top outside would have cost me about the same price). I am definitely very happy with my buy. I got myself one indie inspired maxi dress and two tops.
Unfortunately though, there wasn’t enough items to entice both Mahnoor and Fai. However, me and Sri managed to grab about three items each. We each spend about S$80 on all of our items. At the end of the day, Fai told me that for such events I need to set aside atleast S$100. He definitely agreed that there were some really good buys there.
