Red red heels

Last month it finally broke. I tried salvaging it time and time again. This time however, the cobbler said it’s time to throw it away. Bah! There goes my strappy kitten heel red sandals from Pazzion. I was kind of devastated at first. I need a pair of red heels to match with my bag. What should I do?

While walking around with Fai earlier this month, I was looking around for new nice pair of red heels. I hunted from Takashimaya all the way to Bugis. No luck at all until… We spotted a nice elegant pair of red sandals from JWest at BHG Bugis.

Stock Market Debacle: Fall of Lehman, Merril & AIG

What a week! What a week indeed!

To say that i am shocked is just a tip of the iceberg. I knew we would see more financial institutions come crashing down ever since the falls of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac & Citigroup. However, this week alone has indicated that the American Market is still reeling from their past Sub-Prime scandal. Especially this week with the fall of 158 year old Lehman Brothers, the merger of 94 year old Merrill Lynch with Bank of America & the recent Fed rescue of AIG.

Firstly, to all our fellow Muslim readers, have a wonderful Ramadhan. We have successfully cleared 15 days of fasting. Other than being a month of prayers & recitation of the Quran, it is also a special month where Nurul & I go from place to place to discover and taste new restaurants. I caught an ad in the newspaper recently in Berita Harian of a restaurant giving a special break fast offer. Thus, while driving around Bedok, pondering over what should we have to break fast, i then suggested to eat at J’s Wok & Grill Place.
