There is always a first for everything. And this time, it’s a first for me to be reporting on the hits and misses (sort-of) of this year’s Oscars Red Carpet. Hehe.. Actually, I only intend to focus on the hits or to be more specific, my favourite celeb fashion choices for the gala event. 
Kate Winslet with a steel one-shoulder gown with black lace detail from Yves Saint Laurent couture.
Marissa Tomei on the red carpet in Versace and Van Cleef & Arpels jewels.
Miley Cyrus is wearing a Zuhair Murad dress with a sparkly v-neck bodice and tiered skirt.
Amy Adams wears red Carolina Herrera accented with a multi-colored collar necklace by Fred Leighton.
Taraji P. Henson wears a white architectural gown by Roberto Cavalli and jewels by Fred Leighton.
Hhmm.. I can’t actually decide which of the above is my favourite. I kinda secretly like Miley Cyrus’s dress. Hehe.. And I think Kate Winslet’s dress is simply very stunning and elegant. I’m also definitely loving Amy Adam’s necklace!
