This is the first installment of our La Roche-Posay facial care series. Firstly, we would like to thank the good people at L’Oreal whom has helped us in having this great and exclusive opportunity to try out the La Roche-Posay facial skin care line. We shall be trying out most of the La Roche-Posay range and will be blogging of our opinions here in the weeks to come.
Well, as you know, I am a really big fan of sunblock. Being a brown guy, it’s ever important to protect my skin from the harmful Sun’s UVA rays. And am a typical guy and I dislike the all important steps. Thus, I like to take shortcuts and reduce the number of steps. It is a big help to have a SPF sunblock cream with some moisturising attributes. Well, I tried out the Anthelios XL 50+ SPF Cream mostly used for combination skin like mine. Sorry for the long hiatus my fellow readers. I guess it shall soon be the end of my school life. This Friday marks the day when I shall submit my 4 months worth of blood & sweat work for my Final Year Project. Frankly, am indeed happy and proud to have done such a paper. Indeed, nothing beats making a scientific paper to prove your findings to the academia world. I guess this is self satisfaction. The grades do play some part but satisfied and proud I am for my work.
However, I can’t say the same for my face. Haha. Thanks to late nights & short sleeps, I have gained a dull complexion with many breakouts. I guess the bacteria on my skin has acclimatised to my MEN U Facial wash. It’s time to get a new facial set & indeed I have been eyeing the Face Shop Pure Facial Care for Men.
